Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS: Due to the perishable nature of our products, G&J cannot accept returns.

REPLACEMENTS:

G&J reserves the right to issue replacements on a case by case basis. Proof of purchase/ receipt must be provided as well as photos of the product.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

Once payment is processed, all orders are FINAL.  If an order is cancelled after payment is processed, store credit/ gift card may be issued as long as order is cancelled at least 72 hours ( 3 days) in advance of pick up /delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING ORDERS:

G&J takes great care in packaging its shipping orders. Due to the delicate nature of the product, some light breakage may occur during transit which is normal. If there is a concern about the condition of your gift, please send photos of the product as well as original the shipping box and packaging.

SHIPPING DELAYS

G&J cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or FEDEX or other circumstances beyond control of G&J.  However, G&J will make every effort to ensure timely delivery.
